Conde Nast Global Commercial Partnerships is seeking a senior, highly motivated and expert Fashion Account Director to join their growing sales team. This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative and versatile team placed at the centre of Conde Nast's global commercial proposition. The team provides commercial solutions for advertising partners and clients across all Conde Nast brands, in all markets in which the business operates. Such solutions include (but are not limited to); branded content, digital display, print display, programmatic buying and white label projects. The role of the Fashion Account Director will be to manage commercial relationships with clients in the Fashion sector who are seeking to activate multi-market/multi-brand advertising partnerships with Conde Nast. * Manage existing global advertising clients in the Fashion sector Proactively identify and meet new clients to expand the Fashion business across the Conde Nast international network * Represent the Conde Nast brands with passion and integrity to the International advertising community and Fashion industry * Work closely with commercial colleagues in Conde Nast local markets to help grow revenue in the Fashion sector * Collaborate with the creative and media functions to develop innovative, effective and strategic advertising plans * Generate strong market-facing sales collateral to illustrate the benefits of advertising with the Conde Nast brands across the world * Work closely with the wider GCP team to assimilate company-wide knowledge, experience and ideas to translate into best practice and knowledge sharing * Work closely with newly appointed Global Key Account Leads to provide additional service and help grow revenues across a selection of our biggest fashion clients * Stay abreast of global ad industry trends * Represent the Conde Nast Global Commercial Partnerships team at relevant Fashion industry events * Closely follow developments in the Global Fashion sector * Demonstrable International advertising sales success in the Fashion Sector Established credibility and network of contacts amongst International agencies and clients * Deep passion for, and knowledge of the Fashion Industry * Thorough understanding of the global media landscape, particularly Conde Nast brands * Multi-platform experience - proven expertise in delivering intricate advertising projects across different channels and platforms * The candidate must have demonstrable digital (web, social, video) sales experience * Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritise work assignments effectively and meet deadlines. * Aptitude for strategic thinking * Experience in building and launching new products with commercial success * Extremely strong verbal communication skills * High proficiency in presenting complex advertising solutions * Ability to co-ordinate pitches using inputs from multiple teams * Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen * Experience of working internationally and/or foreign languages a bonus, particularly French and Italian
