Overview
Advanced As a Sales Operations Executive, you will be based in the Mailbox in Birmingham – our Sales Operations team is an extremely important and integral part of our company, we manage a number of business critical processes. What you will be doing Processing customer orders and coordinating handover processes Providing a range of reports, forecasts and bench-marking tools to the business and sales team Managing data quality and integrity on our CRM system (Salesforce) as well as being a source of knowledge for the system Assisting with training requirements to new team members What we are looking for Someone with basic knowledge on how to use Microsoft Office e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) Good oral and written communication skills An organised individual, with the ability to work proactively in a team Our entry-level hiring strategy is all about identifying potential.
