Overview
Sales Negotiator Location: Rochford, Essex Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6pm with Tuesdays off and Saturday 8:30am - 5pm Salary: £25,000 OTE The ideal applicant will have experience as Negotiator in an Estate Agency, and will be proactive, self-motivated, ambitious, determined, enthusiastic, highly organised and must always provide a high standard of customer service and presentation. Driving licence and use of own car is essential. Responsibilities and Duties Accompanying viewings with prospective tenants/buyers Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from prospective tenants/buyers Registering applicants and arranging appointments for both sales and lettings Phoning out properties Regular contact with the mailing list Vendor checks Handling maintenance enquiries from Landlord & Tenants Sales chasing Negotiating offers Working as part of the Sales & Lettings team and covering other duties as deemed necessary to assist the team. Delivery of marketing material/leaflets. Searching for new business opportunities General administrative duties Sales experience essential Important information during Covid-19 Our office is temporarily closed during COVID-19, however, we are still monitoring emails.
