The Company International manufacturing company offering fantastic career progression opportunities Main duties To assist the Sales Manager with any administrative tasks and to develop relationship with new and existing clients, in order to increase the growth of the business The Role - To handle inbound customer service calls and emails - To maintain and develop strong relationship with new and existing client - To identifying and converting new business opportunities - To ensure strong growth in Italian speaking markets - To gain good knowledge of product (training provided) - To visit potential or existing customers on occasion - Internal liaising with Quality, Production and Finance - Reporting to the Manager & Sales Director on a weekly and monthly basis The Candidate - Fluent in English and Italian is essential - Both above languages good spoken and written - Additional language welcome (French/ German / Spanish) but not essential - Ability to understand profitability and prioritise - Self-motivated, flexible. - Proven track record of account management and especially new business - Office package knowledge - Willing to travel occasionally The Salary £22,000 to £24,000 p.a.
