Trainee Estate Agent / Estate Agent Sales Negotiator If you are confident individual, with either previous estate agency experience or with a background of sales, have a full UK driving licence, are money motivated, have an interest in property and are looking for a career where you can rise to the top quickly, then we want to hear from you. Trainee Estate Agent / Estate Agent Sales Negotiator - Duties: Contact qualified applicants regularly, advising them of suitable properties and arranging viewing appointments. Negotiate with potential purchasers, ensuring that clients' interests are your primary concern. Co-ordinate your transactions ensuring that you provide the highest standards of customer care to buyers and sellers, expediting the matter and securing future recommendations. Conduct viewings of properties. Integrate into a team environment and to provide support to your colleagues and Branch Manager. Introduce clients and applicants to the in-house Mortgage Consultant. Ensure that service standards laid down by the company are met. Achieve sales targets as agreed with your Branch Manager. Become familiar with all systems, procedures and legislation. Project a professional image to the public and work colleagues.
