Overview

Do you have a little sales/telemarketing experience and are you looking to progress your career within sales? If so, this Wokingham based organisation are happy to invest time and training in order to help you succeed. After your initial training you will be able to go out off site and visit customers (so a car owner is a MUST) The role after training 2-3 days telemarketing and prospecting for new business from the Wokingham office Using various methods to target businesses and their key contacts, including online tools such as LinkedIn Book a minimum of 6 qualified appointments per week in the allocated geographic areas Travel to the prospective customer sites to attend appointments, survey buildings and provide quotes for daily services Responsible for price negotiations and objection handling Create and maintain new business relationships and manage the sale through to close. Skills and Knowledge Required Good communication skills Strong desire to succeed Some sales or telemarketing experience Self-motivation Drive and tenacity Excellent prospecting skills Valid UK driver’s license Benefits Achievable OTE of £30,000 which will increase once field sales are taking place Mileage allowance Mobile phone Laptop or iPad Up to 25 days annual leave NEST pension scheme Hours Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm Salary Up to £20,000 per annum with uncapped commission which increases after training if successful
