Overview
A leading, young, small, highly respected, and expanding media and events management company has an exciting opportunity for multiple Digital Marketing Sales Executives to join their team based in Ely, Cambs. Due to growth, they are looking for three intelligent, proactive, excellent communicators who are - ideally - equally impressive and experienced salespeople who excel at generating target-led sales revenue. Responsibilities: Prepared to make a minimum of 60 telephone calls per day to decision-makers and capable of cross-selling a range of industry-specific platforms and services Responding immediately and professionally to all online enquiries and incoming calls Generating and maintaining a constantly-updated pipeline of leads from various sources such as email, online media platforms, competitor websites, magazines, exhibitions, etc Accurately and efficiently entering client information into the company database Hitting - and wherever possible - exceeding KPIs Attending and maximising time spent at bi-monthly networking events requiring travel, mainly to London, and arriving home during the evenings Enjoy being part of a small, progressive, and supportive company that wants what we do daily to be fun About you: They want individuals who understand the importance of forming new, long-term client relationships and maintaining them. They want motivated, determined individuals who don't possess a fear of making sales calls and closing. They don't want aggressive, short-term-focused people who believe selling involves the 'gift of the gab.' They prefer achievers with at least two years' experience in sales, telesales, and hitting targets. However, a strong personality, confidence, determination, ambitiousness, and a sense of humour are qualities they consider to be as important. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential Preferable proven experience as a sales consultant, telesales consultant or in sales/customer service role OR possess an undeniable and robust keenness to learn Willing to go "the extra mile" to meet sales quotas and generate future sales Ability to learn the features, advantages, and benefits of all company products and services thoroughly What's on offer: Anyone new to sales will start at around £18,000 per year, which can rise quickly to OTE £30,000 Commission and bonus schemes Great benefits package 20 days' annual leave (plus Bank Holidays and a day off for your birthday) Pension scheme On-site, free parking is available Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm Sounds interesting?
