Sales - Tunbridge Wells. £17K- £19K basic, plus commission OTE: £27K-£29K Commission is uncapped Are you results orientated? Do you like working towards targets and being rewarded for your success? Can you work 1 in 3 Saturdays? My client, one Kent's leading Insurance brokers, are seeking an experienced Sales Advisor to join their busy Sales department. This is a warm calling position and you will be required to call existing clients and cross sell products. This involves inbound and outbound calling so you will need to be confident talking on the phone. The ideal candidate will combine outstanding communication skills with a customer first approach. Experience within a busy customer facing environment is a must, experience of sales progression would be ideal, but is not essential. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-6pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am-3pm on a rotational basis This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to progress within a fast paced sales environment.
