Internal Sales Representative - Welwyn Garden City - £21k Are you technically minded or from a construction background with excellent knowledge across all products? Do you love dealing with your clients and up-selling products that makes life easier great then read on Our client a leading supplier to the trades industry are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Advisor to join their team, with beautiful, modern offices in the heart of Welwyn Garden City Could this be the opportunity you are looking for? YOU A minimum of two years' sales experience preferably in plumbing/heating or associated sectors (advantageous but not mandatory) Experience in order inputting High self-expectation of customer service excellence Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Excellent IT skills covering, Word, Outlook and CRM systems Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Excel - able to work with V Look-ups & Pivot Tables Good inter-personal skills Ability to prioritise and adapt to changing workloads THE ROLE Taking telephone orders and enquiries, over the phone and email Pro-actively develop new business through inbound and out bound call campaigns Offer new products and additional ad ons to clients Generate quotes and follow up on all opportunities Update and maintain CRM system You will be working as part of a team to hit targets Salary £21k plus commission 20 days holiday rising to 25 after six months service bank holidays Great progression opportunities On site free car parking Life insurance
