Job Details: Salary of £21,000 per annum, plus commission Full Time: Monday - Thursday: 8.30am - 5.30pm, Friday: 8am - 5.15pm Permanent Purpose of Role: Responsible for inbound enquiries, supporting the wider sales teams and building customer relationships. Main Responsibilities: Handle sales orders from customers over the phone and via email Accurately recording information on the CRM Proactively develop new and existing business through up-selling and product promotions Using CRM to maximise business opportunities through customer analysis Creating and following up on quotes Monitor and feedback competitor activity to the Sales Manager Supporting other members of the Sales Team as required, including some outbound sales Experience / Skills required: Previous sales experience is desirable Knowledge of plumbing/heating sectors is highly advantageous Confident communication skills (written and verbal) Excellent IT skills Strong Excel abilities - working with V Look Ups and Pivot Tables (short assessment during initial interview stages) Ability to prioritise and adapt to changing workloads Highly self-motivated and driven to achieve targets Focussed on outstanding customer service Eager to learn and progress knowledge If you are interested in this position, please apply today.
