Graduate Recruitment Consultant Sector: Education Salary: £25,000 Plus Uncapped Commission Location: Liverpool Street Start Date: Immediate (Not open for 2020 grads yet) Prime have recently partnered with a really exciting graduate opportunity in the centre of London. We are looking for 6 grads to be part of the next graduate intake at an international education recruitment firm. They have successfully brought various groups of ambitious grads through their 'Graduate Training Academy’, and due to record breaking months they are recruiting for the next wave of recruitment superstars. This is NOT an opportunity where you will be sitting behind a laptop 24/7, you will be targeted on meeting 5 plus candidates in your office or around London a week so you can really understand what you can do for that individual. You need to really care about the opportunities you can be working with. Why this opportunity? This company have multiple international offices in Australia, South Africa and Canada to name a few. There will be a genuine opportunity to travel with work once you have found your feet and relocation options are available for top performers. They offer a unique market USP, providing networking events in central London where candidates and clients meet up and discuss opportunities. You will be responsible for both sourcing clients but also liaising with international candidates being flown over by your firm to start a new career in the capital. Package Basic Salary: 25k Plus Uncapped Comms (5-10 1st year), rising to 28k with 1st promotion. Incentives: Weekly, monthly and annual target hitting opportunities including work abroad, big nights out, vouchers (some employees take home £600 of vouchers a month on top of comms) Culture: This is a company that embrace all things innovative. Progression: Graduate Consultant - (6-9months) - Education Consultant - (12 months) - Senior Consultant - (12-18 months) - Management and Lead consultant opportunities. Current Lead Consultants are billing over 800k per year. Commission: Working up to 35% of Gross revenue, no threshold. What we are looking for? - Graduate over the last 2 years of have sales experience. Salary for experienced recruiters is negotiable. - A driven attitude, this beats any degree or work experience you may have. If you can showcase you have the right mindset we can teach you the rest. - Competitive personality - Passionate. This can be through sport, music or anything else.
