Overview
IT Support / Sales Support / Helpdesk Technician required for my client based in Crewe for a permanent role paying £21-23k plus benefits. You will be required to provide support on a bespoke application that you will receive full training on. The ideal candidate will come from an IT Support / Software Support background with strong Excel skills but this is more desirable. Duties The role will require you to support the product and assist with configurations and set up. Assist the Field Sales team in any relevant queries. Upkeep of training materials and process documentation. Assist in the training of our clients and also peers within the team.
