My client, a global front-runner in the education recruitment sector are seeking 6 fresh graduates to join their 'Graduate Training Academy’. Their tried and tested approach to hiring entry-level recruitment consultants has seen nothing but success, with previous ambitious grads going on to be company top-billers and help break company records. The company have won award after award including 'Best Recruitment Service’, recognising their unique approach in their sector. Your role will be very communication-based, and you’re NOT going to be sitting behind a computer screen all day. Y our role will involve meeting every candidate face-to-face in your office or around London in order to establish what it is they want. WHY THIS OPPORTUNITY? This company have multiple international offices in Australia, South Africa and Canada to name a few. There will be a genuine opportunity to travel with work once you have found your feet and relocation options are available for top performers. They offer a unique market USP, providing networking events in central London where candidates and clients meet up and discuss opportunities. You will be responsible for both sourcing clients but also liaising with international candidates being flown over by your firm to start a new career in the capital. The role entails 3 different recruitment approaches, meaning your day-to-day will firstly be varied, but secondly give you a good chance to smash your targets and earn big. WHAT WILL IT OFFER YOU? Basic Salary: 25k Plus Uncapped Commission, base salary rising to 28k with 1st promotion Incentives: Weekly, monthly and annual target hitting opportunities including work abroad, big nights out, vouchers (some employees take home £600 of vouchers a month on top of comms) Culture: This is a company that embrace all things innovative. My client want you to be a next top biller, they want to see you be successful, therefore they have an in-house learning and development trainer to ensure you’re on track, but also hire external trainers for fresh perspective Progression: Graduate Consultant - (6-9months) - Education Consultant - (12 months) - Senior Consultant - (12-18 months) - Management and Lead consultant opportunities. Current Lead Consultants are billing over 800k per year Commission: Working up to 35% of Gross revenue, no threshold - Industry leading THE PERFECT CANDIDATE : You will be rewarded in return for your efforts, and you will be given the tools to be successful. However, there are a few things my client can’t teach, so we’re looking for people who already possess the following: Avalible to start at the latest April/May Educated to a degree level or equivalent (Ideally a 2.1 or above in the last two years) Impeccable spoken English - Your role is heavily communication focused so you need to be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and written Determination and grit - Someone who doesn’t just give up after the first failure Keen involvement in extra curriculars (Whether its sports, music, dance or art - We want diversity in our office) Strong work ethic - This isn’t your standard 9-5 so for maximum reward we require maximum effort Social intelligence - Your role will vary massively in terms of the type of candidate/client you are in contact with at one given time, self-awareness and an approachable manor is huge Passionate. This can be through sport, music or anything else. We don’t care what you’re passionate about as long as you are able to sink your teeth into something and work until it’s done Sense of humor. Some days are tough and don’t go the way you want, so we go to the pub and have a laugh, grab some drinks and start again the next day
