Based in Greater Manchester, Zachary Daniels are partnered with a beautiful brand who pride themselves on ethical sourcing, plastic free packaging, high quality product and best in class service We are looking to find a passionate Wholesale Channel Manager to join this small yet growing team who based in the Greater Manchester. This is a newly created role working directly with the co-founders to grow new business whilst developing existing business and managing a team in achieving this. Key responsibilities will include: Leadership - work cross functionally to review sales pipelines and identify any challenges. Coach and inspire the team to exceed KPI's Build strong relationships internally to create and implement account specific growth strategies and business plans Own your P&L Establish relationships with new business partners from scratch, preparing and presenting pitches through to on-boarding them Planning and executing lead generation activity across the whole Stockist Team Review and develop sales pipelines stages to ensure conversion at each stage is optimised. About you: It is important to have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role. You will be down to earth, engaging and not shy of developing new business from scratch. You will be passionate about the food and drink industry and you will enjoy working in a hands on SME culture. As a highly motivated individual you will like quick results, yet you won't compromise on quality and attention to detail - this is really important.
