Sales Manager Employment type: Permanent, full- time Location: Cardiff Hours: 9am to 5pm- Monday to Thursday and 9am to 3pm- Friday Salary: £47,000-£52,000 p.a. profit related bonus company benefits My client is currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join their organisation in Cardiff. My client is a manufacturer of bespoke, electro-mechanical, industrial products. They are a well-established organisation, supplying their products to a number of industries. They have an excellent reputation in their field. The Role As Sales Manager, you will head up my client's Sales department, which includes a Sales Engineer and several support staff. You will report into the Director of the business and you will be responsible for the following: Prospecting new clients by phone and through face-to-face meetings Maintaining relationships with existing customers Quoiting of jobs for customers Providing overall direction for the Sales department and playing a key role in strategy Working with my clients Engineering department to discuss the feasibility of customer requirements and designs Experience/ Skills Required Previous experience as a Sales Manager Previous experience selling electro-mechanical, heating and ventilation, electrical, electronic products is preferred Engineering qualifications are desirable Full UK Driving Licence This is a great opportunity to join a well-established business, with a very solid and wide-ranging customer base.
