Senior Sales Negotiator - Walsall - up to £20k basic £28k package (Pool Car) A great opportunity has arisen to join this very well established independent Estate agency and Lettings brand based out of their office in Walsall. As reputation is of paramount importance at this level you will be expected to develop and nurture relationships with potential vendors and purchasers with the long term goal continuing the brands current success and being the first choice agent in the area. Main Duties for the Senior Sales Negotiator: ·Arranging viewings and valuations ·Carrying out viewings and successfully negotiating offers ·Sales progression ·Measure up of properties ·Cross selling financial services, solicitors and lettings opportunities Essential Skills for the Senior Sales Negotiator: ·Estate Agency experience ·Full UK Licence - Pool car is provided for viewings ·Excellent communicator ·Personally motivated and the ability to lead and motivate others ·Polished and well presented Working Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm Saturday 9.30am - 1.30pm with day off in lieu if Saturday is worked
