Overview

Our client is hiring for their sales team due to continuous long-term growth with a vacancy for a professional, experienced Sales & Business Development person. If you are an experienced Business Development or Telesales Executive aspiring for higher paying bonuses the this could be your ideal position. To be successful in this role you will already have a proven track record in B2B sales, although the company do have an exceptionally strong induction & ongoing training programme - this year the entire team attended seminars by Mike Hyatt & Jordan Belfort, the Wolf of Wall Street himself. Duties include: Working with existing and lapsed accounts to maximise sales opportunities Prospecting new clients, developing ongoing relationships & closing sales deals Continually managing and developing your own portfolio of accounts Making an average of 50 outbound calls daily Working to set KPI's and targets Develop in depth knowledge of the sector Occasional meetings out of office Person specification Minimum of two years telesales experience ideally B2B Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships Ability to work under pressure with a proven track record of meeting targets Aspirations to succeed, sell & most importantly make high commissions In return you will receive: Basic Salary circa £25,000 (Negotiable depending on experience) Uncapped Commission (Sales team average take home pay is £52,500) with a top end OTE of around £75k - £80k PA for exceptional performers Flexible office hours 25 days annual leave bank holidays Free on-site gym membership If you are interested in this position, feel you have the relevant skills and would like to apply please call us or apply online.
