Account Executive - Wealth Management, Finance, Technology - Graduate Trainee Scheme My client is one of the UK’s largest Wealth Managers managing $65Bn worldwide. They offer a bespoke service to high net-worth individuals and institutions looking for a new and exciting way of investing. They are looking for money-motivated and highly enthusiastic graduates to fill their Account Executive position. In this role you can expect a basic salary of £25k and uncapped commission meaning money-hungry and driven applicants can expect to earn £50k in their first year You should think of this role as running your own business. You are on the front-line of the sale process. You are the first point of contact for prospective investors and my client, meaning you will need a sharp sales pitch to ensure that leads become clients. This role is extremely target driven. Applicants should be able to cope well under pressure. While you are not micro-managed, you are expected to hit activity and sales-based targets on a daily basis to ensure that you, and your team earn a lot of money. In this role you will be responsible for: Overseeing the sales process to attract new clients. Preparing and delivering pitches to potential investors. Maintaining fruitful relationships with clients to address their needs effectively. A successful Candidate will have: A 2:1 or above from a top University. A strong desire to work in sales. Target driven and able to meet strict KPIs. Money-hungry and looking to earn serious money in this highly lucrative career.
