CALLING ALL 2018/19 GRADUATES Ready to start a career in a progressive and exciting company? On the search for a role with rapid progression and support? Huntress Recruitment are undergoing an exciting period of growth and are looking for ambitious, personable individuals to join the Head Office team With a 12-month integrated training programme, uncapped commission and a clearly laid out career pathway, Huntress offers a supportive start to a successful career within our team. Day to Day: No two days are ever the same; building relationships with prospective clients, generating new business through cold calling, networking and meetings. As well as, sourcing for candidates online, posting job adverts, and interviewing candidates over the phone and face to face. Getting Started: From day one you will begin an integrated training programme complete with classroom- based sessions, one-on-one feedback and shadowing. Before receiving refresher training further down the line to ensure your progression stays on track. Progressing in your role: Targets are laid out from the day you start, outlining what you must achieve in order to gain your next pay rise. We also have a choice of two paths allowing you to decide whether you progress in your sales journey or establish your own team and grow as a manager. Earning Potential: We offer a competitive base salary on top of an uncapped commission structure at a flat rate of 10% in your first year (OTE £30k in year 1). In addition, there is a monthly team bonus up for grabs when team targets are met.
