Overview
Baltic Recruitment are looking to speak with experienced sales professionals who are driven but prefer to a warmer, more consultative approach to selling. Our client is a local manufacturer who specialize is designing and producing luxury, bespoke products to clients across the UK. A rare opportunity to join a small, but supportive team where you will receive full industry specific training, access to high volume of leads as well as a very generous bonus structure. To be suitable for this opportunity you will have experience within a target driven sales role, preferably working to specifications within a technical environment. Proven experience of closing sales from inbound leads, taking initiative to work with clients and offer an in-depth service to suit their needs. Responsibilities Working towards weekly, monthly and annual targets. Conversion of leads to sales via the telephone and in our showroom - inbound leads only. No cold calling. Promoting relevant products and services to secure a sale. Adhering to product specification and providing technical advice. Willing to learn all technical aspects of our gas fires and undergo ongoing training for both technical & sales Experience Proven ability of achieving set targets within a sales role Technical sales background is preferred Able to build rapport with prospects and understand their needs through using effective questioning techniques.
