ESTATE AGENT SENIOR SALES MANAGER CANARY WHARF, E14 Basic Salary: £50k OTE: £100k (Negotiable – dependant on experience) As a SENIOR SALES MANAGER you will be responsible for creating and delivering a sales strategy for your department. You'll play a fundamental role in developing future growth and provide vision, direction and leadership. You'll be predominantly office-based but also spend a lot of your time visiting clients, other branches and generating awareness in your market area whilst keeping your finger on the pulse with your sales teams. We expect you to develop and grow as a professional in the industry and as such we encourage you to attend various conferences, trade fairs and exhibitions to broaden your knowledge and network amongst other individuals or businesses that could benefit from our service and vice versa The skills required for this SALES MANAGERrole will include: Excellent sales and negotiation skills Good business sense The ability to inspire, motivate and lead a team Initiative, drive and enthusiasm Excellent communication and 'people skills' Good planning and organisational skills The ability to work calmly under pressure Good IT, budget and report writing skills Outgoing, positive personality You must have excellent presentation You must be of confident nature Previous sales team leadership experience is a big advantage You must be a good listener and have strong attention to detail Our client is an established, fully accredited independent estate agency and letting agent with offices strategically located across London.
