Red Flag Recruitment are seeking a Sales Consultant to work for an insurance company based in central Brighton. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably within the financial services. Our client is a well-known insurance company in Brighton. Due to their successful growth they are on the look out for new and ambitious talents, looking to get into a long-term role, eager to learn and excited to bring the best services to clients and customers. Main duties (But not limited to) Contact customers via outbound telephone calls (no cold calls). Have a good understanding of the company’s benefits & services in order to respond to customer’s needs efficiently and in a timely manner. Informing yourself about the products and the services that the company is offering. Ideal candidate Proven outbound sales experience. Proven experience working in a fast-paced office environment. Clear communicator able to give sharp information over the phone/e-mail. Thrive working towards challenging targets. Amazing persuasion skills. Great negotiation skills. Able to work under minimal supervision.
