This role is based in AUSTRALIA AUD $100k plus commission Full Employment Sponsorship Permanent People have an exciting new opportunity for a Recruitment Manager to join the leading IT and Tech recruitment agency across Australia Our client is looking for a Recruitment Manager for either their Melbourne or Sydney office . As an extremely well established agency, our client prides themselves on providing an excellent consultative service, outstripping all of their competition within the market. They have built their reputation as the 'go to’ firm in the Cloud Space, placing mid - senior roles within DevOps, Marketing Automation and Technical Sales roles. The Role Management : managing a start-up team of two consultants, identifying training and development needs in order to grow market presence Billing: the successful candidate will run a desk alongside management duties, identifying specialist candidates through a variety of attraction methods as part of the end-to-end recruitment cycle Leading new business development within your division Networking to identify new business opportunities through utilising the company's strong network and market experience Building long lasting relationships with both clients and candidates, providing a bespoke and professional service Ideal Candidate VISA requirements: minimum 5 years of recruitment experience within the IT / Tech sector and have a strong billing background Previous management/leadership experience Confident and thoroughly experienced in business development This is a sales-based recruitment role, so previous experience working in a targeted environment is essential Personable and driven individual, with the ability to motivate and bring out the best in others Benefits Excellent commission structure, aimed at rewarding consistent billing over the quarter from the team - with up to 40% available Additional leave - from 2 years employees get an additional day each year up to 5 days Sick leave conversion - once employees build up 15 days sick leave they are able to convert up to 5 days per year into annual leave Birthday off Quarterly billing target incentives Flexible work options including working from home Ongoing career progression Annual high performers trip set at low thresholds - $360K in year - prior trips include Bali, Hawaii and Fiji Easygoing culture - not KPI focused Our client is looking to hire for this position immediately, so get in touch with Sheli Barton today to discuss in detail.
