The Directors were million-pound billers in their previous company, and they are looking for an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to invest in and take the company’s growth to the next level. What does a career as a Recruitment Consultant offer you? £23k basic uncapped commission Flexible working hours often based on good performance High value deals (£7k) as well as high volume -3 months in you should have billed £16K Extremely generous commission structure YR1 OTE £40k; YR2 OTE £65k; YR3 OTE £100k At least one promotion within your first year. Every time you get promoted throughout your career your basic salary increases.
