Job Title: Business generation Manager Location: London Intro: You will be responsible for the leadership, support and development of office-based Business Generation Executives. If you can confidently qualify prospects and organise meeting within a past passed environment for the Business Development Manager. Roles and Responsibilities: Develop and manage set KPI’s for the department. Prepare monthly reports for senior management. Create an environment to succeed and praise performance. Ensure the team verify and enrich the data on CRM. Coach and mentor when needed. Quality control appointments. Highlight opportunities for business development. Requirements: A solid background in selling successfully to businesses - Manufacturing sites, public sector, housing, sports/leisure and agriculture. Demonstrate leading and managing a team at a high level. Managed and allocation budgets. People Management. Self-motivated and ambitious. Ability to work under pressure. Great leadership qualities.
