Are you a dynamic Business Development Manager looking for your next challenge within the build-to-rent sector? Rubix Recruitment have been instructed on a search for a Business Development Manager to be part of an innovative, leading brand in the industry based in North West London. Our client is rapidly changing the way in which Londoners rent, and offers a refreshing and stimulating working environment, infinitely driven by the need to stand out from the competition and developing a community lead approach to renting in London. As Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in taking the lead in establishing the business in the corporate market. Working closely with the senior team to map out and deliver the business to business strategy, developing key relationships and driving growth. The core duties will include: Identifying key market opportunities through business analysis and research Leading the delivery of the strategic business development plan to establish the client within the corporate market Lead generation and building relationships with key corporate stakeholders Becoming an industry expert - increasing market intelligence at every opportunity to better inform strategic business development decisions Being a key representative of the business at major industry events, trade shows, conferences and networking events Attending remote and in-house appointments with key stakeholders to ultimately result in securing corporate partnership deals Our client is looking for someone with at least 2 years’ industry experience in a similar role, who has proven excellence across leadership and presentation skills, new business development and takes a strong consultative approach to selling. I am looking for someone with strong decision making and analysis skills, who is comfortable presenting within the corporate market at a senior level.
