Please note due to the current situation with COVID-19 there may be a delay in the recruitment process for this role A fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven individual looking for success within a fast-moving business management company We are recruiting for a Sales Executive to join a close knit sales team, working with large corporate clients and charities within the Human Resources and Employee Engagement sector. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a confident and articulate manner, able to build great relationships with clients. The position is suited to a candidate looking for that first step in their career or perhaps someone who is keen to build on sales focused experience Key Responsibilities: Achieve agreed sales targets by working closely with Head of Sales to identify and cultivate new opportunities Researching and calling new leads Using LinkedIn and other channels to generate new leads Nurturing relationships with new leads to convert them to opportunities Monitor/report on lead development, conversion rates, and sales success against business plans Create and maintain strong relationships with the team and external partners Occasional travel and attend business development meetings, events and conferences to represent and generate good business leads What the employer is looking for: Excellent verbal and written communication skills - must be comfortable "cold-calling" potential clients on the telephone Confident, articulate manner, able to engage with anyone and everyone Natural relationship builder, able to develop relationships with prospective clients from cold Persistence - won’t take no for an answer, but does it in a constructive and professional manner Proactive self-starter with desire to get things done and go beyond the immediate task Ambitious and driven to achieve results What’s in it for you?
