Overview
This is an excellent opportunity to join a market leader, based in Horsham. The successful candidate will ideally be educated to degree level and ideally will have some experience of working within a more technical based field, maybe involving materials, or buildings etc. This is a customer support role and you will be advising customers on the usage of products and quantities, so a good level of numeracy is also key. You will be able to communicate well both in person and over the phone as there may be the requirement to visit customers to discuss problems and opportunities for new products, so some travel in the South East required. CRM knowledge is an advantage, dealing with customers from all channels, entering sales orders and updating of company information, handling enquiries and cross selling where necessary. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a numerate/ scientific subject and any knowledge of building materials a distinct advantage It is important to have customer service skills and enjoy relationship building The company offer a competitive salary, parking on site, pension and other related benefits.
