Area Sales Manager £35,000 basic salary (guaranteed to £40,000) £10,000 OTE commission (open ended) car, excellent pension, private health, life assurance Our client, a long established & leading manufacturer & supplier of components to a multitude of industrial sectors is seeking an Area Sales Manager, covering the South of the UK, focusing on the M5 corridor. Reporting into the Sales Director, as Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing a portfolio of established accounts whilst continually investigating new business opportunities. You will visit 5 or 6 accounts per day, 4 days per week. You will be expected to attend the company’s offices once per week/fortnight so whilst this is predominantly a home/field based role, you should ideally live within an hour’s commute of the company’s head-office in the West Midlands. To apply for this Area Sales Manager you should have a demonstrable sales track record selling technical solutions/products. You will be highly self-motivated with a positive attitude and high levels of personal hunger & desire. On offer is a very competitive package including a basic salary of £35,000 (guaranteed to £40,000) plus an open ended commission structure, paying £10,000 as an OTE, company car, excellent pension scheme, private medical and death in service cover.
