This is a highly competitive sales role and requires highly motivated and money hungry individuals to succeed in this fast paced and target driven office environment. My Client is a well established recruitment group placing mid to senior level professionals. They currently have teams working in a variety of sectors including IT, Financial, Engineering and New media Recruitment. Their goal is to become the market leading, multi brand recruitment group. They are now looking to expand their team and firmly believe in organic growth, that today’s trainees are the company’s future. You will join as a Trainee Consultant and doing the job of a consultant from your first day. This provides the opportunity to earn commission immediately. The commission structure is excellent and the top consultants earning in excess of £100k a year. A full structured training programme will be provided to help you to develop into the best consultant you can be. Though recruitment experience is not essential any direct B2B phone based sales experience and exceeding targets and earning commission would be highly beneficial. As a Trainee Consultant you will be cold calling companies in order to develop new business and build up your own client portfolio. This is a very autonomous role, essentially allowing you develop your own mini business within the company. Once you have your own clients you will resourcing potential candidates, through a variety of means, to match the specifications your clients provide. This is a highly corporate and competitive industry. Ideal candidates for this role will have a strong desire to work in sales, specifically recruitment. You will have a good understanding of the sales process and though sales experience is not essential a consistent track record of working especially in a commercial role is an absolute must.
