They now have an excellent opening on their Graduate Sales Development Program. As a Graduate Sales Executive, you will: Join like-minded individuals on a Graduate Sales Program delivering world-class training and mentoring Learn alongside the best in the business Have direct involvement in initiating new business throughout your training Graduate the program and move into a Delegate Sales role Have every opportunity to earn 40k in your second year Have the opportunity to transfer to an international office (if desired) Graduate sales applications are invited from: Degree educated candidates with a passion for sales Driven individuals with a record of achievement (academic, sporting etc.) Intelligent candidates with a structured approach, solid time management and the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team Highly motivated graduates seeking to secure and lucrative career Those with a mature outlook, strong commercial awareness and excellent communication skills The successful graduate sales candidate can expect: A base salary of 21k An uncapped OTE of 30k A fun, energetic and dynamic working environment World-class classroom-based training Open-ended career progression Certus Graduate Recruitment is a specialist provider of graduate and early career recruitment solutions across the UK and Europe.
