Business Development Manager £25 - 35,000 commissions (£15,000 OTE) Full Time, Monday - Friday (incl. flexitime) Corston, Bath We are currently looking for sales experienced individuals who are driven for results to join our clients up and coming cosmetics company in Bath. Our client is a state of the art cosmetics company , supplying some of world`s most prestigious spas, boutique hotels and independent retailers with exquisite products. Specialising in seasonal, bespoke and private label treatments and collections, this company is at the fore front of the industry. As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for driving sales and service in all accounts. You will have a proven history of building solid relationships through excellent communication, combined with the ability to really listen to the customer, identifying their needs and exceeding their expectations. This role will be both office and field based with around a 50/50 split. Do have proven results in sales in ANY industry? Are you passionate about getting the deal? If so, read on… What we`re looking for- Sales experience in any industry (BDM, Account Manager, Internal Sales, Telesales etc.) Clear and full understanding of the sales journey and pipeline Excellent communication skills Meet and exceed all targets Driven, passionate and enthusiastic. Willingness and ability to travel UK drivers license and access to own transport Your responsibilities will be to: Create, maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers to fully understand and exceed their needs. Identify opportunities for growth with both existing customers and new business. Provide accurate reporting as to the sales performance and development of new business leads. Make accurate and timely cost calculations, providing customers with quotations and possibly creative/design ideas. Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders. Attend trade shows/exhibitions/conferences to support the business when necessary. What`s in it for you?
