Managing both contract and permanent assignments in the Pharmaceutical and IT industries, they have built a loyal international client base, spanning the UK, Europe and beyond. They now have a number of exciting Graduate Recruitment Consultant openings at their state-of-the-art Central London office. As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will: Receive the very best in training, covering the full recruitment and sales life cycles along with any sector knowledge required Work under the full spectrum of recruitment, covering candidate generation and management and client development and management as your experience grows Write and place job adverts to attract suitable candidates Work in a fast-paced, intense sales environment with the majority of your time spent making outbound calls Screen and qualify candidates via phone-based interviewing Proactively searching for and headhunting candidates, using sourcing technology to identify people and then your brilliant rapport building skills to talk to and engage with candidates Build long term relationships with various candidate pools Take a proactive approach to generating prospects and new business opportunities Add to the atmosphere of a slick, fast-paced and dynamic office The ideal Graduate Recruitment Consultant, will: Have recently graduated (or be of graduate calibre) Possess a portfolio of achievements (academic, sporting, extra-curricular etc.) Be highly professional with impeccable communication and presentation skills Demonstrate high degrees of motivation, drive, commitment and resilience Be intelligent with a polished approach, have high expectations and an appetite for success Be spontaneous, a true go-getter, have gravitas and a strong eye for detail The successful Graduate Recruitment Consultant can expect: An initial base salary of 22.5k An uncapped first year OTE with no thresholds Private Healthcare (After qualifying period) Regular incentives (trips, lunches, functions and vouchers etc.) Perkbox - award-winning perks, benefits & discounts Ongoing training and solid, clear, promotion paths & career progression Certus Graduate Recruitment is a specialist provider of graduate and early career recruitment solutions across the UK and Europe.
