Senior Account Manager - Role Overview: You role will be to build and maintain a solid customer base of mid-market and enterprise accounts. Key accountabilities will include, but not be limited to; Ensure individual targets are achieved on a monthly basis Identify and generate new prospects Maintain existing customers Sell and promote the businesses full portfolio and services Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Attend regular technology training sessions Senior Account Manager - Required Competencies: A proven IT Background Ambitious and Self-motivated Capable of managing own time and workload Develop and Close Business Opportunities confidently Full understanding of products, prices and supplier discounts Driven to achieve with a positive mental attitude Communication skills (listening, persuasive, presentation) Courage to address and resolve issues Flexible approach to business requirements in our London office Is creative and uses own initiative whilst also paying attention to detail Senior Account Manager - Company Overview: A stable and growing business with a turnover exceeding £50m pa Traded profitably every year since the business was started in 2003 Over 100 employees both in the UK & overseas Customers include household names as well as many less well-known organisations Relationships with have with the leading technology providers Numerous industry renowned accreditations Proud of the relationships with have with the leading technology providers
