Are you looking to kick-start a recruitment career? Fancy being part of a determined and enthusiastic team helping to keep Britain healthy? HCL Workforce Solutions are looking for a tenacious, dedicated and ready to learn Recruitment Resourcer to join our HCL Mental Health division in our Central London office. While recruitment experience is desirable, it's not essential. Our HCL Mental Health team is a fast-paced sales division who rely on the hard work and drive of the resourcers to maximise sales, so you've got to be ready to hit the ground running. You'll need to able to speak to candidates and understand their needs, building rapport and forming relationships well. You will be working alongside and learning from our recruitment consultants, and will need to be ready to offer them support as required. Some of your duties include: Advertising vacancies on the HCL Mental Health Website and 3rd Party Job boards Generating Leads from candidates Generating new candidates from referrals Re-Generating candidates from the CRM database Managing existing candidates Qualifying and Pre-Screening new registrations Applying for and chasing references Meeting and greeting candidates when necessary Taking candidates through the compliance process Sales support of the team Payroll queries Time sheet sending and receiving About our company HCL Workforce Solutions (part of HCRG) is a leading recruiter of temporary and permanent health and social care staff throughout the UK.
