Senior IT Recruitment Consultant Location: London Salary: £35,000- £50,000 DOE Are you a Senior IT Contracts Recruiter looking for a new challenge? My client a growing technology recruitment firm headquartered in the heart of Central London are looking for a Senior IT Recruitment Consultant who is specialist in the IT contracts market to join its IT contracting team. The successful Senior IT Recruitment Consultant will be an experienced full 360-degree candidate who is a driven and passionate IT contracts recruiter, with a demonstrative background, who takes a huge amount of pride in doing a job well. Generating new business will be second nature to you and using your market knowledge, leveraging your network and client relationships will be something you will able to do with ease. You will be tasked with building strong partnerships and relationships with clients and contractors alike and will be capable of developing a strong understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and what they are looking for. You will also be able to: - Develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients. Additionally, cross selling the broader product offering to clients inclusive of Executive Search, RPO and Strategic Workforce Resource - You will be collaborative and enjoy working in a team environment. - You take a mature approach to work, not needing to be micro-managed and be trusted to deliver. - Have experience of working with people at all levels, across very different businesses and cultures.
