Business Development Manager Doncaster £35,000, OTE £55,000 uncapped Company Vehicle,28 Days Holiday rising through length of service, Company Pension You will be working with a business that supply and import their products and are a specialist in their field. The business has a turnover of 6.5 million and have been established over 20 years. The role has been generated through a retirement of the existing Business Development Manager. You will receive full support over the next few years will a full handover of customers. To begin with you will work with 50% existing business's and a target of 50% new business generation. This requires an individual who has previous experience of working within a sales focused business, with a demonstrable and proven track record of successfully achieving sales results. Territory coverage will be the surrounding areas of and including Birmingham, Manchester and Leeds. Main aspects of the role: Complete Account Management of Established customers and generation of new accounts Full accountability of customers and target clients in the Area of Responsibility Conducts Site Visits with a Consultative Approach to establish relationships Follow qualified lead and convert to sales/partnerships Promote and create awareness of branded products, machinery and aftersales services Experience/Skills Demonstrable record of working within a sales focused role Experience of reporting on a timely and accurate basis both externally and internally Passionate about the products/services you are selling Solid grasp of the concept of sales Committed to achieving sales targets & motivated to go beyond Ability to work as a key member of the team to achieve company expectations Excellent customer presentation skills and confident communicator Exceptional influencing and negotiating skills Excellent organisational skills with the ability to coordinate and prioritise activities Innovative and proactive with a problem-solving approach Sales Support is a specialist division here at Venatu Recruitment Group.
