Overview
Working for our fantastic client in their Weybridge office, this role is focused on lead generation with defined KPI’s (after training has been given). This is a modern day telesales role - using social media channels, rather than the phone and would suit somebody with a sales mindset. Once a lead is generated and the prospect wants to find out more information, it would then be passed on to the sales team. There wouldn’t be any actually selling involved in the role. However, there is a career path into software sales if that is something that the candidate would like to do long-term. Job Description: Generating and qualify leads via digital prospecting, email campaigns, and telemarketing Pass qualified opportunities to sales for sales stage execution Regularly review lead/opportunity pipeline and progression Delivery of though-provoking messages and materials to influence key stakeholders Reenergizing leads back into an active sales cycle Managing and entering leads into the customer relationship management application Delivering weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reviews based on set key performance indicators Participate in activities to enhance digital demand generation and product/solution skills Person Specification: Must have strong awareness of marketing / social media Proven success in engaging with decision makers online, in person and via telemarketing Ability to build relationships with stakeholders Experience of working in a fast-past environment and exceeding KPIs Excellent communication skills with the ability to network and access decision makers Ability to be active across multiple social platforms to generate leads Additional Information: Based in Weybridge £20,000 - £23,000 25 days holiday plus bank holidays AE pension We appreciate the time you took to apply for this vacancy, however due to the high level of applications that we receive, we can only respond to successful candidates.
