We are NonStop Consulting: a recruitment consultancy who seeks to provide high-end service in multiple industries across Europe and the United States. We are a company focused on growth and as such will always be looking for expansion options whether that is covering a new area within an existing division, launching a new division or moving into a new location. We have recently opened offices in Bucharest and Boston, US, and expanded in Luxembourg. In order to continue with our growth plans, we need hardworking and ambitious people who are happy to work in a fast paced environment to join our team. Our team in the London office is very international and our team members across the different offices speak more than 20 languages combined on a daily basis. We are looking for fluent German and Spanish speakers at the moment, but if you do not speak any of these languages, do not worry We will still be happy to look at you application, as we have plenty of vacancies for English speakers as well. Besides the basic salary of £20.000, you will be also earning commission for every for every candidate (job seeker) that you place with a client (employer). And by the end of your first year you can be earning more than £40.000 Some of our colleagues earn more than £100.000/year after a few years in the business and our highest performers are rewarded even further with supercars and six figure bonuses, once hitting specific targets. On average people at NonStop are promoted from trainees to consultants withing 1.9 months and to team leaders within an average of 1.3 years. You can work all the way up from trainee to director level and be in charge of your own office, as it has happened before In order to do be eligible to work in our 32nd floor office in Canary Wharf, all you need is willingness to learn, great communication skills and be eligible to work in the United Kingdom. Previous experience is not required as we provide an award winning in-house training programme.
