Senior Business Travel Consultant / Business Travel / Travel Role: Senior Business Travel Consultant Location: Central London Salary: £32k-£35k Basic Benefits Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm Opportunity awaiting for the right professional for this rewarding role working as a Senior Business Travel Consultant. Excellent sector within the industry whilst looking after executive clients travel needs. Tasks & responsibilities: Using Galileo GDS booking system to book all aspects of travel. Working within the parameters of the clients travel policies. Being the first point of contact for executive/ VIP clients or PA’s for out of hours assistance. To be accessible to the out of hours department for any client cancellations and amendments. Look to enhance client experience by attending booker user groups with the client relationship manager and attend client functions or activities when required. Bridge communications between the clients and embassies, visa office’s and High commission establishments. Skill Attributes: The ideal professional for the role should look to be proficient in using Galileo GDS and/or Amadeus and preferably from a Business Travel Sector. Full understanding and experience of published fares. Fully acquainted on a GDS system. Excellent organisational skills and an intuitive nature. Exceptional customer service ability as well as a strong communicative nature.
