Junior Lead Generation Executive Salary : £20,000 - bonus scheme Hours: Monday to Friday 9am- 5:30pm Location: Tunbridge Wells Overview: The primary focus of the role is to work with the Sales & Marketing team to develop and deliver a healthy lead generation programme, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline. There will be opportunity to learn to deliver these opportunities through the sales cycle to successful closure. Job Role: The Sales Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for generating new sales leads to support the sales team. The successful individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and develop new business prospects from multiple sources including outbound marketing calls, prospect lists, discovery and individual research. A dynamic personality with a drive to reach decision makers is essential The primary purpose of this role will be to create and manage a new business prospecting pipeline for our venues with the ambition of identifying and qualifying up to 40 new leads each week for the sales team. Key Attributes A previous successful lead generation track record within a B2B/B2C environment A self-starter who doesn't want or need to be micromanaged An ability to overcome objections Professional telephone manner The ability to thrive in a pressurized environment.
