The desired candidate will have a previous experience in Estate Agency and will have a hunger to progress and achieve. The duties will include: Booking and attending viewings Generating Market Appraisal Viewing feedback Vendor care Canvassing Some administration Offer negotiation The Successful Candidate : Experience working within the Property Industry. Strong local knowledge of the Property Market. Well-Presented and Well-Spoken.
