About Our Client: Our client specialist markets are white-collar Construction, Surveying, Civil & Structural Engineering, Building Services, Architecture, Traffic & Transport and Geo/Environmental Engineering. Their office is based in Central London, with a luxurious fit-out, spacious layout, a private bar and a great view. The commission is paid monthly, they offer an annual bonus, quarterly target club, consultant of the month prizes, overseas AGM and top performers trip (for 2020 they are going to Miami). They offer flexible working for those who need it, extended lunch breaks to use the gym, finish early on a Friday, go on regular social nights and shut down over the festive period so you can spend more time with friends and family. They are looking to appoint an experienced Recruitment Consultant to their team in London. They can accommodate recruiters with a minimum of 1-year experience up to Principal Consultant. Their mission, is to provide outstanding service to our clients & candidates, offer a fun and incredibly rewarding working environment and be the number 1 technical recruiter in the built environment in the UK. About you: - Experience recruiting in Construction, Engineering, Property or related is essential - Creative candidate attraction strategies - Strong negotiation and influencing skills - Genuine desire to know your market inside and out - Commercial awareness - You MUST offer an honest & ethical service Beyond the technical experience, you should have a sense of humour, strong work ethic, confidence and be socially dynamic.
