Overview

Senior Sales Negotiator needed to join a well-established independent estate agency with multiple offices in Twickenham and surrounding areas. This company is a very well-recognised estate agency brand with multiple offices in Surrey and Middlesex and strong market share in the local areas. Must have more than 1yr of experience in residential sales to apply. Basic Salary: £19,000 - £24,000 - Depending on Experience OTE - On Target Earnings £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience) Car Allowance - £200 - £250 monthly: £2,400 - £3000 per annum Hours of Work: Monday to Friday: 8.45am - 6pm Saturdays 9.30am - 4.30pm (Saturdays on a rota basis) and working on a three-week rolling rota, working six days on week one, five days on week two and five days on week three. Responsibilities: Advising current vendors on the market and obtaining price adjustments where necessary Proactively hunting potential instructions and valuations Booking valuations Carrying out valuations in absence of management Managing your pipeline Making phone calls daily minimum Booking viewings Cross-selling wherever possible; solicitors, financial services, etc Supporting colleagues in their absence Creating property details, photos, floorplans and write-ups Concluding property sales from offer stage all the way to exchange of contracts
