Department Manager Zachary Daniels Recruitment are seeking a Department Manager for a internationally known luxury fashion & accessories brand for one of their boutiques. Based in the prestigious department store this Department Manager will come from a fast paced luxury retail environment previously and demonstrate a high competence in the following duties: managing the running of the store, with a large team Training and development of staff Maximising sales by driving excellent and consistent customer service Delivering on KPIs, to ensure the sales, profit and performances targets are me. The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience: Previously worked in luxury accessories is preferred.
