Account Manager - Legal / SaaS - Conveyancing Search Solutions London Waterloo / Waterloo East Locations £30,000-£35,000 salary commission Our client an award winning global idustry leader is currently looking for an Account Manager to manage client retention strategy for the purpose of ensuring long-term loyalty from the client base, effectively brick-walling clients from the competition and minimising client churn while ensuring their growth margin. This role is responsible for training and managing current clients on new and existing products. The role is focussed on selling all services to clients through phone calling, emailing, webinars, training clients on the benefits of using products. You will also be responsible for monitoring client usage, identifying potential issues and either preventing or resolving these.
