SALES MANAGER- HEMELHEMPSTEAD-UP TO £40K BASIC, UP TO £60K OTE A fantastic opportunity has arisen in HemelHempstead for a Sales Manager within our clients Dynamic Estate Agency in Hertfordshire. In return, our clients can offer a basic salary of up to £40,000 DOE with on target earnings of £60,000 KEY SKILLS NEEDED TO BE A SALES MANAGER: •The position will require a professional individual with the ability to lead by example and offer a high degree of customer service and possess a proven track record in property sales. •You will have a desire to coach and develop your colleagues and ensure they always have clear goals and an understanding of the business needs. •You will be target driven with the ability to win new listings together with excellent people and communication skills. •Ideally you will have at least 2 years' valuing experience. •You will need a full driving licence •Strong leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to sales progress property transactions and sell homes to potential buyers.
