They are nowon the lookout for self-motivated and ambitious individuals to cover the London area, and be the first point of commercial contact across various channels. The Role You’ll be a key member of the sales team, working closely with both the Out of Home, On Trade and Impulse Channels predominantly, gaining new listings across London while managing key client accounts. The role will have full responsibility from day 1, offering the opportunity to make your mark within a dynamic and fast growing company, working both in the offices and out on the streets of London selling to a range of accounts from coffee shops and retailers to pubs and bars. Working closely with Operations, Marketing and National Accounts you ll be tasked with maintaining and building a database of prospect accounts while continually searching London for the best, new locations Responsibilities Identify and win new business accounts across a range of food and drink outlets - working geographically across London Build relationships with key sites and store managers, helping activate as required with necessary samplings and events Call on new, independent sites gaining additional points of distribution in Regional and National accounts Account manage and develop key sites across London including Wholefoods, Planet Organic, B&I sites, pubs ensuring the products are always best in show, gaining additional facings where possible to increase RoS Present on a monthly basis to the company on key findings within the market, helping shift strategy and direction as required Key Skills and Attributes An ambitious nature with the drive to achieve and exceed targets Manage your time wisely, making sure you are working as effectively as possible across a number of different opportunities, events and meetings Be commercially minded helping make good decisions, while confidently using excel to help process data to help with your P&L responsibility Have an entrepreneurial approach to help think on your feet, seizing opportunities when they arise and not waiting to be told what to do, overcoming challenges as and when they arise Be a confident and self-motivated individual who can approach tasks positively, working closely within a fantastic team of people This is a unique opportunity to grow a career within one of the most fast-paced exciting sectors of the drinks industry with a market leader who value their employees and customers equally making it both a career and lifestyle enhancing place to work
