Overview
Your new role A role in recruitment is incredibly fast-paced and dynamic, requiring hard work, determination and perseverance, but the results are extremely rewarding. As a Recruitment Consultant you will be winning business with clients and sourcing and placing candidates, so relationship-building skills are key. We are a results driven business and we will provide you with first class training, a strong brand and the support of your team and wider colleagues to help you achieve your sales targets. You will be working as part of our consumer sector recruitment team and will require previous experience of having worked within any of our key target sectors e.g. food & drink, health & beauty, DIY, FMCG or retail. Alternatively, you will already be a successful recruitment consultant with previous experience of any of the following disciplines: sales, marketing, supply chain, procurement or manufacturing.
