Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Sales & Commercial Property Team for a Lettings and Homeownership Assistant Working under our Commercial Brand, Gecko, the successful candidate will be forward thinking and innovative with the ambition to help us grow our brand. The Lettings and Homeownership Assistant will be part of a team that covers the following key areas of business at Southway Housing Trust • Shared Ownership • Market Rent Property Management • Leasehold Management • Right to Buy and Right to Acquire • Insurance Management There will be an emphasis on developing our market rent portfolio and we would welcome applications from people who have a background in lettings and property management. We are seeking to recruit someone who can adapt quickly to change and take on the challenges that come with working in a small but busy team. The right candidate will be able to self-manage, prioritise their workload and work under minimum supervision. In addition, the right candidate must be a team player who can meet the needs of the teams’ diverse customer base.
